Some helpful tips, you just have to overlook the poor editing.I am brand new in the real estate profession, so that's why I bought this book. Actually, it was being offered for free when I found it, but it definitely has some good tips that would be worth a few bucks to a new realtor.It's short... I read it in less than 45 minutes. The next day I took notes, jotting down the tips I found most helpful for me. And there were several. Worth the time to read it if you're stagnant, or new like me, in your real estate career!Note to the author: As a fellow author myself, this book could REALLY use a once-over for editing. Lots of grammatical and spelling errors throughout. Since the content was strong enough, I could overlook it. But those types of things irritate me as a reader, and take the credibility down a notch.
It's not that the strategies listed in this book were bad, they just seemed like common ones. I was hoping things like "door knocking" & "cold calling" weren't on the list, as again, they're both tried and true methods of lead generation. I would have liked more emphasis on technology-based tactics (ie: social media and blogging). That being said, there were a handful of suggestions I found to be useful.
Not really much here. A few usable ideas...No real depth on the ideas presented. Would have liked to have seen some stats.
This book was a very quick read. There are a couple of good nuggets in this book. For the most part, the ideas are basic and the author discusses that it's all about implementation and follow through. Essentially, a lot of agents lack consistency. I still find the Gary Keller book to be a much better read on becoming a successful agent.
For a free Ebook, it is not that bad. Most of it is common knowledge, but for someone just starting out, it can be useful. You can take these ideas and make it your own or develop ideas similar to the ones in the book.
Read this in about 15 minutes. There were some good ideas. I had trouble with the referral fee idea as I was told it is illegal to give a referral fee to someone without an active real estate license. But hey I got some decent info out of a free book.
As an experienced agent I found a few new ideas that I would like to implement. For anyone new to real estate if they just implement a few of these ideas they should be off to a lucrative career
Any little information can help succeed in anyone career main thing in this book is to stay focus on course and make sure you have a plan
