Decided to try making my own protein bars. The cover sold me on this book and after reading thru the recipes, I think I made the right choice!All easy, "no bake" bars with a variety of flavors.

I’ve tried two and followed the recipe exactly. The consistency is as described in the book and then when I take them out of the fridge, they melt and are no longer bars.
love the recipes and especially love that the recipes have both measurements by cup and weight- weighing out ingredients ensures they turn out perfect every time!

It only takes a few minutes to whip together a batch, so they're a great option if you're on the go a lot and need something quick to make and grab!
