This is a beautiful, honest, heart-wrenching account written by a family member of one of the 239 lost on MH370. It’s painful to relive the event, the confusion, the disappointment, and the hollowness that the writer experiences along with him, but it is the reality. The writing is really beautiful and I hope that the author will not stop publishing here with this text. I’ll be looking forward to his next publication.
This book is about life after MH370 but really speaks to all of us who have ever lost a loved one. It is about his journey of a honest and courageous struggle that none of us should ever have to face. I find the book inspiring because of the tenacity and grace in which the author handled himself and still does. It is truly a tribute to his wife whose essence he captures so vividly to even those who never met her. Thank you for sharing your courage, struggles and grief so gracefully Naren.
Moving Personal Account
I read a kindle version of this book because I simply could not wait for a hard copy to arrive. Plus, I was interested in knowing more about the man who wrote a book after his wife went missing on a plane. When I started reading the book, what moved me was that Narendran Sir has gone through so much since the day the MH370 missing. To most of us, it's just a plane that went off the radar. But to this man, it's so much more. I was fascinated that he had followed the details carefully and had recorded everything meticulously. He is one of the finest writers in my recent find. I have deep respect for the courage that he had shown over the years. Also, he has revealed his deepest emotions in this book. A must read for people who like to read true stories.
The author gets evoked from Silence within himself and sharing the same through his reflections touched me very deeply. The author uses his expressions to heal himself besides communicating to the world and himself .An useful book to read and reflect for progressing in one's life journey.J.S.Shivakumar
This is a very moving and honest personal account that enables us to get to know KS Narendran's wife Chandrika, who was on board MH370, and takes us with Narendran on his journey since that day in March 2014 when the plane disappeared. Narendran has some very astute things to say about the search for MH370 and particularly about the way the Malaysian government has acted; and not acted. It is a very readable book that is very important as the voices of the relatives of those on board MH370 need to be heard. Narendran tells it how it is: tough and troubling and complex. MH370 has been pushed to the back of many minds. Thanks to this book, it is now again at the forefront of my own.
